DC Police Seek Suspects Involved In Assault With Intent To Rob

Jamiesfeast – The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently seeking assistance in identifying two individuals who attempted to rob a store employee on Monday.

The thieves broke into a store in the 1600 block of 33rd St., NW, around 6 p.m. They walked into a room with an employee, grabbed her, and then pulled out a gun. They asked her for money, and when she showed them that she didn’t have any, they left the room and tried to steal someone else’s bag.

The suspects managed to escape from the scene empty-handed.
