Jamiesfeast – On January 31, 2024, in Alabama, a man was apprehended for running over another individual and subsequently brandishing a firearm at the victim.

According to witnesses, a 2016 GMC Sierra driven by Larry Franklin Palmer, 73, was seen slowly circling the parking lot for some time. The vehicle aggressively accelerated and swerved at the 68- year-old victim. After striking the victim and knocking him to the ground, Palmer exited the truck, brandishing a revolver. The victim retreated into the store for safety.
Palmer quickly left the scene before the authorities arrived.
Authorities were alerted around 7:30 PM when the local hospital staff found a gun on a patient. Upon arrival, officers commenced their investigation and soon discovered that Palmer and the victim were engaged in a legal dispute in Tennessee.
According to a report from WAFF, the victim was released with non-life-threatening injuries. Palmer, on the other hand, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and tampering with a witness.
He is currently being held in the Lauderdale County jail on a bond of $60,300.
Palmer should be regarded as innocent until proven guilty.
