Subway Rider Is Sliced In An Unprovoked Attack At Times Square Station

Jamiesfeast – Police say that a subway rider was hurt in an unprovoked attack at the Times Square–42nd Street stop early Monday morning.

Someone cut the man’s right hand with a knife around 2:30 a.m. while he was on the northbound platform for the 1 line.

The police say the attack had nothing to do with anything.

Police say that a suspect was arrested without any problems. At the scene, a multi-tool pocketknife was found.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue and is expected to be okay.
