Jamiesfeast – The NYPD is trying to find two people who are suspected of putting a woman in a headlock during a theft on the Upper East Side during the middle of the day.
At around 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, the suspects approached a 24-year-old woman who was near Madison Avenue and East 75th Street, according to police.
Police say the suspects put the victim’s head down and pulled her hair, which made her fall to the ground. They then stole her cellphone.
The suspects then tried to take more things from the victim, but the victim ran into a nearby building, and the doorman made the suspects run away on foot, where they are still unknown.
The victim refused to get medical help.
